Q1. How much does it cost to use the site?
A1. Nothing
Q2. How does the site work?
Simply submit your enquiry/quote details on our Post a Job page or by phoning 0845 834 1117. The details of your enquiry will be forwarded to a maximum of five, of our registered businesses. You will be contacted and offered competitive quotes to consider in your own time. There is no obligation to proceed. Alternatively, you can use our online Business Directory, to find business contact details. On the Company’s profile page, you will see reviews left by previously clients.
Q3. Why do only 5 companies contact me?
A3. To ensure you are not inundated with quotes.
Q4. What if I do not wish to employ any of the 5 companies that contact me?
A4. You are not under any obligation to proceed with any of the given quotes.
Q5. Less than 5 companies contacted me, why?
A5. This could be for a number of reasons. It could be that there is not a company in your area available within the time frame you have specified. Or there is not a company currently registered in your area.
Q6. I have looked for a company in my area and it is not listed, why?
A6. Only companies that subscribe to our service are listed.
Q7. What do I do if i am not happy with the service given by the company?
A7. We would strongly recommend, you contact the company concerned first, to try and resolve the situation. If you are still having problems, view the company profile to see if they are a member of an organisation/association and refer the matter to them
Q8. Do I have to leave feedback?
A8. No, however this is an integral part of our site and assists other clients in making their decision.
Q9. How do I leave feedback?
A9. You can leave feedback, by selecting the service provider you used within the Directory.
